There are many "crash" diets out there that promising that you will drop quite a lot of weight in a few days or a week. I have tried some of this, and in my experience the weight always came back, as quickly since the weight-loss tips provided are not something that will work with your body. One thing you do not want to do if you are really serious about losing weight

People are always looking for weight loss tips only because they want to lose pounds and they want a direct result, but this is only delusion. To lose weight permanently and effectively will take time, all depends on your metabolic rate and how much you need to lose.

But there are some people trying to weight-loss tips, and proven to assist in the process of weight loss, and here are some of tips:
  • Do not skip breakfast. Whatever you do follow this advice, because otherwise you might actually be more vulnerable to feast in the future.
  • Do not eat anything for at least one hour before bedtime.
  • Do not snack while watching TV. It is acceptable to eat a meal while watching television, but do not snacking
  • Change with fruits such as bananas, watermelon, plums, peaches, and oranges for sugary treats like; cookies and candy.
  • Substitute honey for sugar, and carob powder for chocolate in all recipes. These taste just as good when used properly.
  • Eat more vegetables. This can be fun even if you have a good cookbook like Good housekeeping latest edition.
  • Avoid high-calorie foods. Instead of high calorie salad dressing for instance try cottage cheese or yogurt to improve the salads taste and peel of the pounds.
  • Exercise at least half an hour every day. Biking on stationary bike while reading is a good exercise.
In conclusion there is nothing stopping you from losing weight except yourself. Can get off "I can not do anything about my weight problem" and start losing weight today!
