Getting Rid of Eating Desire Tips and Tricks

What can you eat?
* There are only two kinds of dishes: one that needs (eg meal with your family, or dining with the couple, probably Friday or Saturday), and who do not have (done every day).
* You can really enjoy a dessert such as cake or donuts occasionally. But, do not eat it five days a week.
* You can eat sandwiches, but remember that a teaspoon of butter (enough to rub a thin layer) is 37 calories. While a tablespoon of butter (thick smear) can be three times as much, or 111 calories.
* Select scrambled eggs or beans for the content of bread.
* For tea or coffee, choose a sweetener instead of sugar. Reduce two teaspoons of sugar in the tea three times a day will make you lose 37,000 calories a year, or nearly 5 kg.
* Ice cream can be enjoyed once in a while, but limit one scoop of it (150 calories), and do not eat ice cream straight from the box. Roasted peanuts or cashews may dikudap, but limit a mere handful. Do not spend a full-size bag of 100 grams, because it could be worth as much as 600 calories.

Before you eat, remember that hunger happens if you do not eat for three hours, and you feel stomach rumbling. Differentiate with a sense of want to eat, where you just eat big, and you still want to eat anymore. Or, you just ate two hours ago, but still only imagine the food. Another with cravings, where there is a desire to eat certain foods, usually after smell it, or see others enjoying it.

Now, to ensure the tricks of the pair is successful Shirran, eat only when you are hungry. When hunger strikes, resolve it first with a glass of water.
